3月5日晚间，作为全球最大的太阳能组件制造商---晶科能源（JKS.NYSE）宣布，公司董事会主席李仙德已告知公司，打算使用个人资金在2020年3月31日前购买20万股的晶科能源ADS。购买可能会在公开市场按照市场价及/或在场外按照协议分多次进行。这一购买举措也会遵守1934年的《美国证券交易法》相应要求及晶科能源内部交易政策。能源一号按照目前晶科能源的股价22美元左右计算，预计李仙德的总计斥资额或达3000余万元人民币左右。
李仙德表示，“相信这次股票回购，表明了我对我们增长战略和长期前景的信心，我们也将继续致力于推动新电网平价时代的增长，并为股东创造长期而可持续的价值（回报）。”据英国咨询公司GlobalData的最新排名，2019年晶科能源组件出货量达14.2GW，蝉联光伏组件的世界销量冠军。
就在前一夜，沽空研究机构Bonitas对晶科能源及李仙德本人，提出了多重质疑。3月5日，李仙德的强势举动，再次彰显了这位全球最大新能源公司之一掌门人的勇气与魄力，同时强力提振晶科能源各方股东、供应商及合作伙伴伙伴、金融机构等信心。
此外，晶科能源的另一大公告也回应了这一沽空机构的相关质疑。晶科能源表示，公司已知悉、并已仔细审阅Bonitas于2020年3月4日发表的做空报告。基于公司进行的审查和评估，晶科能源否认这份做空报告中的说法，并认为该报告包含了许多错误、未经证实的陈述以及关于与晶科能源有关之事件的误导性结论和解释。
晶科能源表示，保留对Bonitas采取适当法律行动的权利以及对其指控作出反驳的权利。晶科能源致力于保持最高标准的企业治理，并将根据美国证券交易委员会和纽约证券交易所适用的规则和法规，透明而又及时地披露信息。
在李仙德宣布斥巨资回购自家股票、公司声明否认Bonitas相关指控等带动下，晶科能源昨日全天股票走势稳定。截至收盘时，其交易价为23美元，上涨1.77%。这相比刚开盘时一度下跌2%来看，有近4%的振幅，股价的总体走势也看到了海外市场投资者的态度。
JinkoSolar Chairman to Purchase 200,000 ADSs
SHANGHAI, China, March 5, 2020 -- JinkoSolar Holding Co., Ltd. (the “Company,” or “JinkoSolar”) (NYSE: JKS), one of the largest and most innovative solar module manufacturers in the world, today announced that Mr. Xiande Li, Chairman of JinkoSolar’s Board of Directors, has informed the Company of his intention to use personal funds to purchase 200,000 American depositary shares (“ADSs”) of JinkoSolar by March 31, 2020.
The proposed ADSs purchase may be effected on the open market at prevailing market prices and/or in negotiated transactions off the market from time to time, subject to market conditions and in accordance with applicable requirements under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, as well as JinkoSolar’s insider trading policy.
